How long does shipping take?

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email us at info@kaelvique.com with your order number to start a return.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, they may have already been processed. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
